School Symbol
School emblem
Against the backdrop of the Mugunghwa flower symbolizing eternity and the sunrise over the East Sea, the blades of grass below represent the leaves of our school tree, the black pine, symbolizing the dreams of the children of Donghae that sprout from the new spring.
Gyohwa: Rose
The bunched branches of the rose teach us about cooperation, and the blossoming of the flower inspires strong willpower and fiery passion.
Tree: Blackthorn
The buds of the black pine tree represent the beautiful dreams of our children, and we can learn the attitudes of persistence and hope for the future from its seasonal blue color.
